About
Coming from a person centred perspective I believe that anyone who is being helped and supported is at the heart of the work I do.
My experience over the last 12 years has lead me to be an advocacy, an encourager and a champion for individuals that have faced life's difficulties. I know that empathy, listening and understanding are key factors in any supportive role.
In some ways I could and have been in a place i needed to be held, having my own needs nurtured with someone just by my side to do so.
I have a positive outlook on life that I feel is infectious.
